1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, registering for the Most Powerful Claude AI Workshop, or using any materials provided by Cult Growth Ventures, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent/legal guardian, to register for our workshop or purchase any product offered on this site.

3. Registration & Payment

  • Workshop fee: ₹250 (inclusive of applicable taxes).
  • Payment is processed via secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your payment credentials.
  • Registration is confirmed only upon successful receipt of payment.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate name, email, and phone/WhatsApp number for delivery of access materials.

4. Intellectual Property

All content delivered as part of the workshop — including but not limited to the live session, recording, slides, prompt frameworks, the Claude Prompt Kit, written materials, and supporting resources — is the sole intellectual property of Cult Growth Ventures. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own learning and professional work.

You may NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, repackage, or share access with anyone else.
  • Record, screenshot, or upload any portion of the live session to public platforms.
  • Use the materials to create a competing product, course, or workshop.

5. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward the host, staff, and other attendees. We reserve the right to remove any participant from the live session and revoke access without refund for disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour.

6. Disclaimer & No Guarantees

The workshop provides educational and informational content. While we share frameworks, prompts, and strategies that have worked for us and our clients, we make no guarantee of specific business, marketing, or revenue outcomes. Results depend on your individual effort, skill, market conditions, and many factors outside our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cult Growth Ventures and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the website, workshop, or materials. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the workshop.

9. Third-Party Tools & Links

The workshop references third-party tools (such as Claude AI by Anthropic, Zoom, and others). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for those third parties. Their use is governed by their own terms and policies.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka.
