Refund Policy

1. No-Refund Policy

All registrations for the Most Powerful Claude AI Workshop (₹250) are strictly non-refundable. Please read this policy carefully before completing your payment.

2. Why We Don't Offer Refunds

• The Claude Prompt Kit (worth ₹2,000) is delivered immediately upon successful payment via WhatsApp and email.
• The workshop is offered at a deeply discounted price point (₹250) that already reflects the no-refund condition.
• You receive lifetime access to the recording even if you cannot attend the live session.
• Each seat blocks a slot from another marketer who could have attended.

3. Cannot Attend Live? You're Still Covered

If you are unable to attend the live session on 17 May 2025, you will still receive:

• The full unedited recording within 24 hours of the workshop.
• Lifetime access to the recording — no expiry.
• The complete Claude Prompt Mega-Kit.

4. Workshop Cancellation by Us

In the rare event that we cancel or indefinitely postpone the workshop, you will be offered either (a) a full refund of the registration fee or (b) a free seat to the next equivalent workshop. We will notify you by email and WhatsApp.

5. Duplicate or Failed Payments

If you are charged twice for the same registration, or if your payment was deducted but registration confirmation was not received, please email rg@cultgrowth.com within 7 days with your transaction ID. Verified duplicate or failed transactions will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us will be considered a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to revoke access to all materials and ban the user from future programs.
